Cheryl Detrick is a strategic architect, trusted guide, and systems thinker with more than 40 years of experience across nonprofit, public, community, construction, real estate, and business environments.
Her work has consistently centered on helping leaders see the larger system, clarify direction, align the right people and resources, and move strategy into reality. As a nonprofit CEO, she led significant growth and transformation across a complex organization serving ten counties through more than fifty programs—but that chapter is evidence of a much broader body of work, not the boundary of it.
